We have had an amazing week at Cragend. A very comfortable holiday cottage with great views of the surrounding countryside. Super places to visit locally, with a beach never that far away. Cragside is right next door. Eco - credentials abound here with a wood burning stove. With WIFI and TV all the family were happy here. Brilliant!

Exceptional historical farm accommodation with welcoming hosts. Beautifully restored farm in rural location just around the corner from Cragside. Lovely extra large bed in huge bedroom. Great fresh breakfast. Fantastic hosts, Lou and Shaun who really could not have done more to make us feel welcome. Just sorry we weren't able to stay longer!

We had a great time at East Cottage. We went out every day visiting lots of interesting places. Woodhorn Museum well worth a visit. We also walked part of St Oswalds Way, and to the waterfall in Cragside and up to the lakes.
